Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched within Switzerland and Fürstentum Liechtenstein + 1-3 working days shipping via Die Post (depending on your choice between Priority or Economy at checkout).
A tracking number will be included in the dispatch email to track your ordrer.

Pick-Up at our Studio in Bern

You can pick up your order directly at our studio in 3007 Bern (near Weissenbühl Bahnhof).
Your order will be ready within 3-5 business days - you will get a notification email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up with all information needed.

Europe

All of our candles are made to order.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to dispatch and up to additional 7 working days for your order to be delivered depending on local shipping durations and customs.

Shipping costs may be weight dependant and will be automatically calculated at checkout. Additional custom costs must be payed by customer.
A tracking number will be included in the dispatch email to track your order.

Please ensure to check with your local postal office if your order is awaiting for pick-up. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur additional shipping and handling fees, as well as any related customs charges. If you would like us to resend your order, these additional costs will be applied.
